Olympus E-1 DSLR Reviews
The Olympus E-1 5Mp digital SLR is based on the Four Thirds System standard, jointly developed by Olympus, Kodak and Fujifilm. It was designed from the ground up as a digital system, rather than being backwards-compatible with 35mm film systems like the Canon and Nikon DSLRs. Lenses and accessories will be compatible across all Four Thirds System cameras from the various manufacturers.
The E-1 is Olympus' 'pro' DSLR - the E-300 (eVolt) is their 'consumer' DSLR.
