Banana Leaf

This is a photo of a backlit banana leaf, taken in our backyard. I like the patterns on the leaves, but haven't been able to capture them to my liking in a photo yet.

This was originally a colour photo, converted to B&W using the Channel Mixer in Photoshop.

The judge in the KSCC competition thought it was interesting, but it didn't really do anything for him.
